It was okay overall, but not really great. I felt like I kept getting passed around instead of anyone really taking ownership of the issue. Nothing was terrible, but the experience could’ve been smoother and more helpful

I needed to update my subscription on lcfc it was a lot simpler than I expected. I found the right section quickly, changed my details, and got the confirmation email straight after with no hassle. I’ve used plenty of sites where this kind of thing turns into a bit of a headache, so to me it felt like they’ve actually made the process straightforward. Always nice when something just works

"Decent, but the runaround was frustrating"
The stuff itself is decent, but some of the prices don’t really feel worth it. What annoyed me more was getting transferred around when I had a question. I felt like I kept getting passed to someone else instead of just getting a straight answer

I mostly use lcfc to check the upcoming fixtures and the latest results, and it usually does the job really well 🙂 It’s easy to find what I’m looking for, and the scores/results seem to get updated quickly after matches. The only small downside is that the mobile pages can feel a bit cluttered sometimes, so I end up tapping around more than I’d like. Still, overall it’s a solid site and I use it regularly 👍

Well... I get emails from LCFC and, to be fair, most of them are actually useful. It’s usually stuff like match info, ticket updates, and club news, so it feels relevant. Every now and then there are a few more promo-style emails than I’d ideally want, but nothing too annoying. Overall, it’s easy to keep up with and worth staying subscribed to.

Buying tickets on lcfc.com was mostly alright tbh. I found the match I wanted quick and the seating map loaded fine, so that part was easy enough. Checkout was a bit slow though, and having to log in again was kinda annoying. Would be nice if the prices and fees were clearer before you get right to the end. Got my tickets in the end so no major drama, just feels like the site could run a bit smoother for regular fans

i mean, I mostly use LCFC for match updates, interviews, and fan-related stuff, and overall it does the job well. It’s easy enough to follow, and there’s usually some decent content around matchdays, both before and after games. The only thing is that some pages can take a little while to load on my phone, which gets annoying at times. Still, it’s a handy site for staying involved and keeping up with the club

They fit good, just a tiny bit loose, but not enough to bother me or anything. I was kind of expecting them to be snugger, but they still feel comfortable and look fine, so yeah, overall I’m happy with them.

"Worked okay after a slow start"
I logged into my lcfc account without too much hassle, but the page was definitely slow at first. I had to retry once, which was a bit annoying, and whoever runs this should probably sort that out. Once I got in though, everything worked fine, my seats and account info showed up properly. Not perfect, but overall it was easy to use

I usually check LCFC before matches, and it just feels like the right place to go for the details. Most of the time everything is spot on, which I really appreciate. There was one time the kickoff time seemed mixed up, and that was a bit annoying, but overall I’ve had a good feeling about using it and still trust it before games.

I’ve used LCFC a handful of times now for tickets and bits from the shop, and it’s been totally fine for me. The pages loaded quickly, payment went through first time, and the confirmation email came through not long after. I didn’t get any of those annoying random errors or the basket suddenly clearing itself, which I’ve had on some other sites. Not loads more to say really — it basically just works, and that’s all I was after.
